Check an incoming order

Confirm a just-placed order arrived in the orders list.

    Sign in and choose the Counter POS workspace.

  2. 2

    Open Orders from the sidebar (or press 5).

    Every order appears as a row — number, customer, items, status and amounts. A just-placed order shows the status "New order" at the top of the list.
