Check power and paper
Make sure the printer light is on. Open the lid and check there is paper, with the loose end coming out from underneath the roll.
Did that fix it?

Check the cable or Wi-Fi

Check the print bridge is connected

Choose the printer again in the POS

Restart the printer and the POS
